그래스 cmd에서 관리자 권한으로 해당 폴더를 이동한후
PowerShell.exe -ExecutionPolicy UnRestricted -File .\install-service-apm-server.ps1.
해당 명령어를 실행하니 서비스에 등록이 된다 등록된 서비스는 서비스 관리에서 따로 실행해 줬다.
